"Can I Just Be?" Podcast Episode 6

I've been wanting to talk about authority since my last podcast and turns out the world is having its own discussion about authority right now...

In this podcast I talk about authority in relation to advocacy and how positive versus negative authority can have an impact on people's feelings of helplessness.

I also talk about how WE can choose how our own relationship with authority and how submission can lead to advocacy or continued abuse.

I share some of my own journey towards making strides in this arena of my life and how difficult some of these decisions have been for me.

I'd like to hear about your own experience with authority and how you've made decisions about whom to submit to and how you've helped yourself or others overcome the feeling of helplessness!

Thank you so much for listening!
