Can I Just Be? Podcast Episode 8

I've been wanting to talk about this concept for a few months now...in this podcast, I go over the way we think about disconnection. We take breaks from social media or we take days off or we find other ways to disengage from our world... and sometimes we do it for positive reasons and sometimes we don't. Sometimes our choice to disconnect is only part of a bigger cycle that keeps us stuck in a pattern of NEEDING to constantly disconnect from our lives whether that is online or not. Here I talk about some of the ways we approach disconnection and how our ideology around the term or the act itself affects our ability to connect and engage with our world.

Thank you so much for listening!
